Hello, in the past I already had an eBay account without remembering it, but last week I made a purchase as a guest buyer. During my order I had to enter my email address, and after payment I received a confirmation email and another email from the seller,
but in this last email it says at the bottom that eBay sent this email to (my name is correct but the username is a different one from mine) so I do not have access to this account
my question is how do I open it because if I do forgot password, I receive the code but it only changes my old account because the 2 accounts all have the same email addresses
eBay cannot help me by phone because it is only in English and I’m French
I would like to track my package because right now I only see the paid status through the order confirmation email
