I bought used console PS Vita Sapphire Blue PCH 1000 ZA04 Console Used Sony Playstation JAPAN JP GOOD - Sold by game_japan - Order number: 15-10022-92671-Order date May 5, 2023 - Item no. 353359930021 but it arrived damaged, I sent it back by FEDEX on 05/26/2023 at 09 :34 AM, the problem is that Ebay (Jewel) email reference: [#a7ff01df3c94462788405ce1a97469d9#] asked me to provide the tracking details by June 9, 2023, I wanted to send the tracking number on June 8, 2023 but the EBAY system gives this message (Your tracking number is not recognized) Your carrier name is not recognized then I sent it by email on June 08-23 . Shipping information Fedex Express -Shipping date 05-26-2023 - Tracking number Tracking ID 772250151984 - Proof of delivery for tracking number: 7722 5015 1984- Status ; Delivered - Delivery date May 31-2023. EBAY sent me a message on 09 June 2023 This refund request was closed because we didn't receive your tracking information .
The seller received the console but he still doesn't want to refund me to this day .
