Tax return in Quebec

Hello,
my question is for sellers in Quebec who are registered for GST and QST.
When you file your tax return with Revenu Québec and Revenu Canada, do you enter $0 for taxes collected since those taxes are collected by eBay Canada and not by the seller? And secondly, do you still claim your input tax credits when filing your return? I’m thinking they’ll find it suspicious that I sell for amount X without collecting taxes and, on the other hand, I claim the taxes. I hope I’m clear in my questions, and thanks for your answers!
