This requirement applies in particular to electrical appliances, light sources, smartphones, tablets, and tires. This information helps buyers make an informed choice and helps ensure your listings comply.
When you create or revise an eligible listing, you can now upload the energy efficiency label and product information sheet in PDF format or as an image in the Item conditions section. Previously, these documents could only be uploaded as images.
What you need to do
● Upload the energy efficiency label and product information sheet in PDF format or as an image
● Make sure your PDF files do not exceed 10 MB
● Check your listings in Good 'Til Cancelled format to make sure they include the required energy labeling information. You may need to revise older listings to ensure they comply.
● Include the correct energy efficiency information for eligible products
● If you use the services of a third-party provider, contact them directly to find out how to upload the energy efficiency label and product information sheet in PDF format or as an image
