Updates regarding UPS shipping services

Due to an increase in shipping volume, UPS has applied, since December 8, 2024, a surcharge of CA$2 to all parcels in the Canadian network, whether they are domestic shipments, imports to Canada, or exports from Canada to the United States. This surcharge affected eBay labels and shipping cost calculations as of December 10, 2024. If you purchased an UPS label on eBay between December 8 and 9, you will not have to pay this surcharge.
In addition, UPS suspended on-call pickups for standard domestic shipments as of December 4, 2024, due to the increase in parcel volume. However, on-call pickups are still available for UPS air and international shipments.
Sellers still have access to UPS and FedEx shipping services at discounted rates negotiated by eBay through eBay labels.
