eBay Canada is pleased to announce that a French-language phone support service is now available through our website. Our Customer Service will be happy to answer your questions, Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (ET).
Please note that our phone support agents will only be able to answer questions related to buying, selling, and transactions with another eBay member. If your question is about another topic, please send us an email or use the chat service so we can route your request to the right team.
To speak with an agent, simply go to cafr.ebay.ca and click on “Contact us” at the top of the page. Please make sure you are signed in with your username.
On the next page, click on the item you need help with. At this step, you can search the help topics by entering your question in the field provided.
For example, enter the term “Shipping” to learn more about your options.
If no article matches your search or if you need more help, you can then click “Ask us to call you” at the bottom of the page to quickly receive a call at the phone number listed on your eBay account.
If you no longer remember the number listed on your account, click “Account settings” under your username at the top left of any page. You can check or change your phone number by clicking “Contact information”.

I placed my order in the month of July, paid and even got the confirmation. 5 papaya whitening herbal face and body soap 135g new soaps. The order was $68.00 US. The amount was 97.88 Canadian dollars. Here is the order number 05-11867-26236. and delivery between August 7 and August 13. But so far nothing and no email thank you
