Here is the update for Winter 2023 vendors

As part of the Winter 2023 Seller Update, we are continuing our efforts to ensure a friendly and safe environment on eBay. We are also adjusting the final value fee for certain categories to support improvements made to our platform.
In addition, all eBay sellers will now benefit from a credit on per-order fees when they issue a full refund to a buyer who makes a return as well as getting the Scheduled Listing and Buy It Now option for free for Auction-format listings.

This is the first time in 2 weeks that I am trying to put an item on sale in the Item Characteristics section I am asked to fill in the boxes I fill in all the boxes that concern me and when I put up for sale it displays (It looks like some information is missing or invalid. Please fix it and try again.) I tried several times and it always tells me the same thing ????????????
