When creating templates on eBay Canada in French, they only display in English. However, the selling policies such as payment, shipping, and delivery do not follow. It is impossible to use the templates because the policies are nonexistent. Creating new policies on the English side is not possible either because they already exist on the French side. I already have listings/auctions in progress using these policies, so it is impossible for me to delete them.
