Hi, do someone know how to avoid a late shipment transaction when the shipping carrier didn't delivered the item on time?
For exemple I have an item that was send with Canada Post express shipping to USA which is supposed to be a 3 days business service but it took 5 days business instead.
I have this from Ebay: Reason for counting the transaction: Tracking indicates late deliver Buyer says late delivery
While it's totaly true that the item arrived 2 days late how as a seller can we do something to avoid this kind of situation once the item is shipped?
I always ship within 24h and avoid shipping with Canada Post except for Po box cause they happen to have more late package than other companies.
