Je comprend que tu ne peux pas engager un avocat pour te battre contre une multinational
mais je me demande bien ce que EB a fait pour que tu veuilles les poursuivre.

j aurais peut être une ptit idée pour son recours collectif......
quand on place une annonce sur ebay , exp ....un items qui vaut $4000 us, et en canadien sa donne $4900 sur la page d ebay.....mais quand on recois l argent via paypal, c pue pareille,,,,,,,paypal pour $4000 us , eux sa leur donne $4700 !!!!
c pas, mes quel que part jme fais arnaquer.......et le 10% que ebay prend , mais il le prend sur $4900.......mais en realiter c est $4700 que paypal te donne et non $4900......belle arnaque, beau me plaindre a ebay ,comme bizarrement ils comprennent pas......

Moi aussi j'ai perdu mon droit de vendre.
Je suis membre depuis 2004 et ebay dise que j'ai un nombre élévé de clients insatisfaits.
Je comprend pas, j'ai 728 de 100% positive feedback.

I know how important it is for you to have your account back and try to perform better this time.
